General Conditions

Driver’s minimum age: 25 years for vans, SUVs and 6-9 seat vehicles and 23 years for passenger cars. In both cases, with a valid driving license issued for a minimum of 2 years.

Fuel and traffic ticket: Fuel costs and those caused by any traffic violation are the responsibility of the client.

Minimum rental period: The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours).

Form of payment: Credit card. The total rental amount plus a deposit of €300, €400 or €600 will be charged in advance depending on the group to which the vehicle belongs.

Documentation: To pick up the vehicle, you will need to present an identity card or passport and a valid driving license with a minimum age of 2 years.

Pick up and return: In our offices in Madrid. If the return occurs more than 2 hours late on the stipulated time, an additional rental day will be charged.

Insurance: Includes insurance with excess for damage of €300, €400 or €600 depending on the group to which the vehicle belongs.

Taxes: The total rental amount includes the VAT payment (21%)

Others: Vehicles may not be transferred to islands or countries that are not from the E.U., except with special authorization.
